Acquittal

Our client was accused of initiating a physical assault against another woman, causing injury (simple bodily harm under Section 223 of the German Criminal Code) and insulting her (defamation under Section 185 of the German Criminal Code). During the course of evidence collection, numerous contradictions in the testimony of the witness came to light. As a result, not only the defense but also the prosecution and the presiding judge deemed the testimony of the primary witness unreliable.
