Case dismissed

Sexual offence law

In the context of an emotionally charged dispute between spouses, our client faced serious accusations of sexual coercion and bodily harm. The case centered around a classic word-against-word situation, where the credibility of statements played a decisive role.

Through meticulous preparation and a detailed analysis of the facts, we were able to systematically dismantle the allegations. Upon reviewing the evidence, the prosecution concluded that there was no sufficient suspicion of a criminal offense and consequently discontinued the investigation in accordance with Section 170 (2) of the German Code of Criminal Procedure.
